Fitness 500 Challenge

This was initially run as a LIVE challenge in a private Facebook group, but I had a huge amount of ladies who took part asking if I could make it available to buy as a one off because they enjoyed it so much!

So here it is…your very own version for you to keep and do as often as you like!

What you'll get:

It is just 5 days of fitness and it is designed to give you a massive motivational kick start…but you have to actually do it and FINISH it to get that feeling!
 
There is a coaching session straight after each daily workout and I hope you find these very useful. Sometime you just need to hear ONE thing to start to make a positive change.
 
In each lesson there is a PDF of the workout so you can follow along with the video, or do it without the video if you like!

I did it and loved it. Anyone could do it as the exercises can be modified to suit your own level. I really enjoyed it.. slightly nervous at first but Sally and the community of others were so supportive and you could do as much or as little as you wanted.... without the guilt! I really was able to take my body and mind in hand and I'm progressing each day of how I feel about myself and it was a great laugh! Cannot wait till the next one! Xx
